STS Pilot
Privacy Policy

STS Pilot is a business-management application for inventory, customers, projects, expenses, quotes, invoices, purchase orders, work notes, and related records. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information you provide
The app stores the business information you enter, which may include customer and supplier contact information, inventory records, project details, financial records, notes, photos, receipts, attachments, worker information, and business profile details.
Storage and iCloud
Your records are stored on your device. If you enable an iCloud synchronization or backup feature, the app stores a copy in your private Apple iCloud account using Apple CloudKit or iCloud services. STS Pilot does not operate an independent server that receives this business database.
Device permissions
With your permission, STS Pilot may use the camera and photo library for barcode scanning, product images, receipts, and project documentation; notifications for reminders and low-stock alerts; and Calendar for tasks or project deadlines. You can change these permissions in your device settings.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchase history are processed by Apple through the App Store. STS Pilot receives entitlement information needed to determine whether subscription features are available, but does not receive your complete payment-card details.
Sharing and tracking
STS Pilot does not sell your personal information and does not use your business records for advertising or cross-app tracking. Information is shared only when you choose an action such as exporting a file, creating a PDF, sending an email, or using an Apple service you enabled.
Diagnostics
The app may keep limited operational and diagnostic information on your device to help identify errors and subscription status. Apple may separately provide aggregated crash or diagnostics information according to your Apple privacy settings.
Retention and deletion
Your information remains on your device or in your private iCloud account until you delete records, erase the app's data, remove its iCloud data, or uninstall the app. Before deleting the app, export any records you need to retain.
Children
STS Pilot is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
