These steps solve the most common STS Pilot questions.
My subscription plans are not loading
Confirm that the device is online and signed into the App Store, then reopen STS Pilot and tap Try Again. You can also use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
How do I restore a subscription?
Open the STS Pilot subscription screen and select Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased the subscription.
Where is my business data stored?
STS Pilot stores business records on your device. If you enable iCloud synchronization in the app, eligible records can also synchronize through your Apple account.
How do barcode scanners work?
Bluetooth and USB barcode scanners generally work like keyboards. Place the cursor in a barcode field and scan. Camera scanning is also available on supported devices.
How do I export or back up my records?
Use Backup Center inside STS Pilot to create or restore a backup. Reports and supported records can also be exported from their sections.

Privacy & data
STS Pilot is designed to keep business information under your control. Core records are stored locally on your device. Optional Apple services, including iCloud synchronization, notifications, camera access, photos, and calendars, are used only when you choose the related features. STS Pilot does not sell personal information.
